At Fitmage, we're all about getting you the best supplements on the planet - but let's be real, sometimes things don't quite go as planned. If your vitamins arrive at your doorstep looking like they've been through a war, or if you just can't handle the level of awesomeness that is our shipping team (just kidding, we're awesome), we've got you covered.

**Important: No Returns**
We know, we know - it's a bummer. But seriously, our supplements are top-notch and we stand behind them 100%. So, if you try to return something because it didn't turn out like the pretty pictures on our website (because let's face it, those are just Photoshop magic), sorry not sorry.

**Exceptions**
But don't worry, we're not completely heartless. If:

• Your package arrives with a wonky label and ends up in your neighbor's mailbox by mistake

• The vitamins are somehow mixed up with the cat food (don't ask)

• You receive a free t-shirt instead of supplements because our shipping team is secretly fashion designers at night

We'll try to make it right. Just don't expect us to replace the t-shirt or send out a complimentary bottle of "I survived Fitmage's shipping" cologne.

**What We Do Try To Make Right**

• If your package takes longer than expected, we'll give you a virtual high-five and a 10% discount code for your next purchase

• If our packaging is so good that it's like wrapping a present (and you find the supplements in a weird place), we might send out a free bonus supplement to make up for it

• If we somehow manage to mess up the shipping address entirely and end up sending your package to Mars, well... we'll try to give you a refund... eventually.
